Stunning views from the terrace, Unique design elements, Beautifully decorated rooms

The parking situation needs clarity with permits and charges!!! The service seems slow with long waits for meals and drinks. The overall cleanliness, especially in common areas, could benefit from more attention!!!

stunning views from the terrace, beautifully decorated rooms, unique design elements

Given the interconnecting room situation, it’s puzzling that noise issues are tolerated!!! The lack of charging points for electric cars is a serious oversight considering current travel trends!!! A more intuitive drink service on the terrace could enhance guest experiences!!!

pleasant stay with some room for improvement

The bed provided a restful night’s sleep, and the bath facilities exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the staff's friendliness, which made for a welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel's charm could be overshadowed by some minor issues.

Had an amazing time with friends at this spot! The outdoor bar area was a hit, and we enjoyed our visit to the local shops and walking by the scenic views. Just a heads-up, the drinks can be pricey, and it’s a good idea to get there early for the best seating.

stayed in a classic gorge vista room at avon gorge. loved the superb views from the restaurant and bar. the breakfast was excellent, with freshly cooked meals rather than a buffet. all the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. it’s a chic hotel right in the heart of clifton, near shops and the suspension bridge.

The location offered breathtaking views of the iconic bridge, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was a standout experience, showcasing high-quality dining with beautifully presented dishes. However, the room was disappointingly small and had an unpleasant sewage smell that persisted throughout the stay. The narrow corridors made navigating the hotel a challenge, detracting from the otherwise lovely experience.

    gorgeous location
    spacious rooms
    service delays
    limited dining

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, showcasing the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge. I loved the elegant decor in my Junior Suite. it really created a cozy and upscale vibe. The common areas were spacious, making it easy to move around. However, the service at times felt slow, especially during busy periods. I experienced some delays with staff attentiveness at the bar and restaurant. Also, the dining options were limited, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, the breakfast was quite enjoyable with several tasty options. Overall, the ambiance and views definitely made the stay worthwhile, but there's room for improvement in service efficiency.
